We got lunch at a small sandwich place in the city and ate before walking down the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, a major area with a lot of expensive fashion-type stores like Chanel and Dior and some restaurants. Needless to say we didn't buy anything but it was a nice walk nonetheless. After walking it we were all very tired from the amount of walking we did so we went back to the hostel to relax until later.
My dinner tonight consisted of a baguette and a bottle of water..very peasant-like I know, but also very authentic becase the people here literally just walk around the streets with baguettes in there hands, it seems like a joke. I've also noticed that Parisians are extremely reckless drivers and are seemingly always in a hurry and legit running around from place to place.
Tonight we split for a little and some went tothe clubs and Eric, Ryan, and I walked along the banks of the Seine around Notre Dame, it was very cool. I also had the best hot dog I've ever had tonight, it was on a cheese baguette with melted cheese down the center of the roll.
Anyway that's all for today..early day tomorrow as we're going to Versailles in the morning.
i wonder if any of the baguettes have a clue baked inside of them....
